Cancellation Policy

COSMO believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Our team will follow up with you "the customer" for 24 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of non delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents are received.
Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
You are requested to inform us about rectification required on the delivered services within 48hrs via email on sales@cosmogroup.in, or else it will be considered that you are satisfied with the services and no refund will be applicable

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services and if you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with the quality of our component, we will work on refund /re-work on the services; however you need to establish the same.

Any Refund/Cancellation request will be entertained within 24 Hours of delivering the order, however post 24hours we will rework on your order. Refunds are not being provided for products that have already been approved by the customer. Refunds are being processed within 14 days period.
